Fact #1: A bodybuilder’s workout regimen will not work for a hardgainer. And this includes using steroids or supplements.

 

Fact #2: Weight training done in high reps will do nothing. Pumping your muscles does not result to permanent gains.

 

Fact #3: Cycle your workouts. The volume, intensity and frequency of your workouts are all important factors for bulking up. Rotate your workouts and find a balance.

The Pain Began to Subside

I feel so much better now having gone in to get my headaches and neck pain taken care of. It seemed like the trouble came on rather slowly but before I realized it I was having a headache daily and in pain most of the time. When I called my chiropractor in Lexington KY I was told to come in right away. After just one adjustment I could feel the pain starting to subside. Now after two weeks of treatment my headaches have not returned.
