I do not care if you are girl or a guy, there are exercises that you should not be missing out on. Look, building power is something that will benefit you no matter who you are. This is something that, by the looks of things at planet fitness, just about everyone has lost sight of, or just never thought about it. When you want to get serious about training and building real functional power take a look at the exercises that are in this article.
Dumbell push press. This is an awesome exercise that will bolster strength through out your entire body, not just your shoulders. You can lift more weight when you use that push from your legs to complete the over head press. You can do this exercise with a barbell too, but I think that using dumbells gives me more control over the weight. This helps me to squeak out an extra rep. So what if they are very hard workouts.
They might be called man makers, but they are for everyone. This is an extremely challenging exercise that will toast you big time. These are great fast workouts for building muscle. There are times when I am doing this crazy exercise that I think it is the best exercise ever. If you are running low on time, blast out 2, 5 minute rounds of man makers, and you have effectively blasted your whole body. Do not be intimidated by this exercise, you just have to practice it. look it up. You will not regret it.
