With all the hype surrounding green coffee extract in recent months, both on the Dr Oz show and as a result of a big clinical study, it is no wonder that there is some confusion about whether green coffee by itself is good for weight loss, or whether you need to take green coffee extract in supplement form instead.
The fact is that you can decide to take green coffee bean extract for weight loss, but you will only see a difference if you take it in supplement form. Drinking the coffee simply won’t cut it, and you will probably be wasting your time doing so.
So you may want to go into your local health store or shop online, either on Amazon or one of the other online stockists, and buy a 1 or 2 month supply. This should be more than enough to see if they make any real difference, and if you exercise as well and cut out a lot of junk food, you will hopefully see the weight slowly drop off as the weeks go by.
