I was so happy to see some of the newest features on our new system. I had no idea that our new EMR system could make writing prescriptions easier. Instead of trying to decipher our doctor’s orders, the prescription gets sent in electronically and can be picked up later that afternoon or when ever they are ready. It is also reassuring that the database is updated once a quarter to make sure that we are up to date and that we are behaving ourselves.
