Let the results speak for themselves, and burn everyone that ever doubted you. Get motivated to do things that you have never done before, forget about being normal. You are never going to get what you want by being normal. You have to take what most people think of as a good workout, and turn it on its ear. What you want to do are workouts that the average person would think are crazy. That is what is going to give you the results that you really want to get. Stop going to the health club to “workout”. Do it at home. Get yourself the equipment that you need to have some really good workouts. You will be using your own body weight, and a few pieces of cheap equipment. A set of dumbells, a barbell, a doorway pull up bar, and a sturdy bench. That is all that you need, and it is cheap too, if you look in the right places.
Once you have your stuff you are ready to get started on a real training program, to do full body workouts for fat loss. Keep it simple, and your workouts will be effective. Use circuits of 4 exercises, do 2 circuits per workouts, and do this every day, or at least 5 or 6 days a week. Sounds like a lot? It is at first. Here is a good example of what I am talking about. These are exercises for fat loss, endurance, and strength.
– Dumbell squat press X10
– pull up X10
– burpees X5
– Bear Crawl
Perform this circuit with no rest between exercises. Rest for 90 seconds and then do this circuit.
– Dumbell Bench Press
– Dumbells Curls
– Bench Dips
Perfrom both of these circuits 2 times and you are done.
