Have a good time during your workouts, but make sure that you are getting the job done at the same time. These are 2 things that you need to have from your fitness program. You might have to start thinking about fun in a different way though. You have to get good at exercising, and you do this by practicing. Good diet and exercise, does not have to be torture.
The more consistent, and the more dedicated you are to getting good at working out, and exercising, the better they will become, and the more fun that you will have. When you start to feel better, and your body starts to make the changes that you want, it really gets fun.
Being outside all day was something that used to be a part of every kids life, and it was tons of fun riding bikes, walking in the woods, fishing, and playing sports with friends and family. It seems that physical activity, and moving around has become not fun for kids these days. It is almost like they do not know how to play. It might just be how, and where I grew up, but being physical all year around was just a huge part of life for me, and my family. It was never about getting abs. The winter time never stopped us, the summer heat never stopped us, the only thing that stopped us was when we were on punishment.
These days it is punishment to go out side and do something. It is important to learn how to be physical, and have an idea what you body can do. It might surprise you.
