Small Goals

To be sure that you are reaching the goals that you set it is important to be realistic.  Big goals are important that is for sure, but the thing is that you want to set smaller goals that are more reachable so that you can actually make progress.  This is important for your motivation and the level of success that you are going to have.  Find out what your slim body secrets are, and use them the best that you can.   You want to make sure that you are making progress that you can track so a training log is a really good tool to use.
