There are alot of foods that you need to avoid if you want to have any real success with a good weight loss effort. you already know the big ones. 4 foods to never eat are sugary junk foods, that means all of them they are the enemy of a good weight loss plan that is for sure. Processed boxed foods are also a big no no. Too much saturated fat is no good and you should be avoiding it at all costs. Sugar in general is not something that you really should have in your diet either. Steer clear of this stuff.
