My friends have been telling me about Thai massage for the past year or so. A group of them started going, so i finally gave in and set up an appointment for a portland or thai massage. I’m looking forward to it because I’ve been running a lot and my poor body has taken a beating. My friends swear that a thai massage will really help me get my body relaxed and moving properly again so that I can keep running and doing all the things I love to do. I’m looking forward to the opportunity to try it and who knows, it might become what I do for all my massages now.
