This coming summer I have some weight loss exercises in the back of my head. One of the weight loss exercises is doing a lot of walking in the area. Because of this I decided to see my Podiatrist Chattanooga office. I wanted to see if I was able to walk 10 miles a day and not have any sort of health ramifications. I trust this office with most of my health needs and felt that they would be open to giving some real answers.
